Avlu Bistro wanted to spread the meal into a slow and blissful experience where guests get to enjoy every bite instead of quickly going through their food. They did not want to present our tasty dishes on plain plates in an unmemorable way. Instead, embellish the plates with delicious side dishes that fit the main course the best. Emphasize lovely presentation that will leave a lasting memory. Kitchen staff is very experienced and knows that many different variations might come out of the same recipe. Avlu Bistro Bar staff prefers to serve only local wines. Cause locally produced Turkish wines are just as high-quality and tasteful as any others from around the world. We serve a wide variety of wines ranging from Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Pinot Noir as well as Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Kalecik Karası. Bar utilize this wide selection of wine and the knowledge of experienced staff to appeal to all guests with different preferences over wine.
